This Sun Odyssey 54DS (Deck Saloon) yacht is designed by the French company Jeanneau who have been building yachts since 1957. |

Perseverance was bought brand new in January 2005. A Fifty four foot yacht which is a well balanced, extremely seaworthy and a delight to sail. High performance is combined with luxury, comfort and style. From the rich teak decks and beautiful leather interior to the robust race fittings, these yachts are powerful and elegant. |

The yacht is MCA coded for the safety of thirteen passengers and two crew with stability rating and IRC racing rating. Superbly equipped with the most up to date safety equipment – two liferafts, life jackets and safety harnesses for all crew members, EPIRB, SART, VHF and SSB radio.
For longer trips a water-maker and air-conditioning units are installed together with a 7KW Onan generator. For sailing in the Caribbean a specially designed spray hood and bimini have been made. |

A carefully designed navigation station has been equipped with the latest navigation instruments and a satellite system for voice and e-mail communication, NAVTEXT and much much more.
Accommodation aboard comprises of four comfortable double/twin bed cabins of similar size, all with ensuite facilities. With plenty of storage spaces and air conditioning in the cabins.

| The saloon combines lounge and dining area with the additional flexibility of the saloon table converting into another double bed.
The galley is fully equipped with four ring hob and oven plus an integrated microwave, fridge and freezer and there is plenty of storage space aboard for fresh and packaged provisions and the inevitable wine and beers!
